Caleb, Elisa, and their kids have a passion for serving new residents and helping them to connect to each other. Discover Deer Park was born during a neighborhood BBQ and is a unique event they enjoy hosting as often as possible.

Caleb is the Associate Pastor at First Baptist in Deer Park as well as serving in a variety of other ways throughout the local community.

Mayor Tim Verzal is a long-time resident and active member of the Deer Park Community and his primary goal during his time as Mayor is to make Deer Park a City where anyone would be proud to live.

Travis has worked in Deer Park Schools since 2005 and was hired as Superintendent in 2013.

Travis provides leadership and supervision for school district administrators and works to ensure the best educational opportunities for all children.

Kris Barnes is a Deer Park institution with decades of experience serving the community. She has a passion for books education and makes a difference by helping each individual find the resources they need to thrive.

Bob is a member of several local service organizations. His goal is to help new residents of Deer Park find the information they need to succeed and to encourage them to find ways of serving their new community.

Elisa is a local Tinkergarten leader with extensive experience helping children feel comfortable as they explore their environment through guided play.

Elisa and Caleb have 4 children of their own: Micah, Amelia, Joel, and Anna.
